SHIPPING POLICY
At Sapphire Blue, we offer flat rate shipping within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivery time varies depending on the shipping method selected. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We also offer in-store pickup for our local customers. Simply select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout and we will have your order ready for you within 24 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase from Sapphire Blue. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@sapphireblue.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
